10-2 Pre Load weight 195
10-5 3 Day load wt 198
11-8-7 LIW 172
Loss of 26 lbs in 34 VLCD days. Interruption to protocol due to back to back trips to Ohio for funeral. Maintained LIW less than 2 lb difference during the next 11 days by following P3 eating practices.
11-22-7 172.4lbs
Started SL HCG 333IUs split into 2 daily doses.Moderate loading for 2 days.
Post "load" 175.2

Start date of R2P2 1-16-8 164.4 lbs 4.0 lbs over LIW
7.4 lbs over LIW. After 2 day mini load:1-18-2008 R2P2 Start weight: 167.8

- Man's Presumtuous Brain by A.T.W. Simeons, M.D. - Reading this for the HCG book club. Not too far into it yet. But working on it.
- A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini - Same author wrote "The Kite Runner" a fave of mine.
- A Wedding in December by Anita Shreve - Not finished, but just so, so
- Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen - Rating ***** Now this one is spectacular!

Sometimes I think this is all a dream and that I'll wake up, and then I DO wake up and it is a dream... a dream come true!

Hey, look at that, we both lost the same amount overnight!! I just noticed that we started out at about the same weight and you have just flown by be girl, dang I'm jealous now!! Good for you and congrats!!
