I hope that everyone plans to watch the Morning Show with Mike and Juliet on Tuesday. They are going to have a segment on HCG and someone we all know through our blogging community is going to be on it! Ed and Jenn are going to be TV STARS! I'm so excited. I've got my daughter TiVoing for me and I'll be watching avidly. Here is the link to their show schedule just in case you're interested: http://www.mandjshow.com/where-to-watch/

Another small loss. Nothing to sneeze at though. At least it's continuing down... I have about two weeks worth of HCG left in the vial. It's beginning to look like that won't get me down to my goal weight, but it's going to be pretty close. Within 5 pounds. I will have to see if I have the will power to continue with the program at that time. I may be so sick of the VLCD that I will need a break by then. And the great thing about this program is that there are so many options. I could stop and do a 3 week P3 and then continue to another short P2, or I could do an interruption of up to two weeks, which might just give me the break I need to go back and stick it out to the end... Or I could just suck it up and keep going until I finish. I have a trip to Orlando planned in late May so if I'm not down to goal by then, I may just do a short break... So since I don't have to make that decision yet, I'll just keep hoping for better losses as I go on...

Well, it's late Sunday and we'll all have to get back to work or whatever tomorrow, so I'll say goodnight. And HAPPY LOSING!!!

------------------------------

Hi Mary, I think just walking should be fine as long as it's not too strenuous. My problem with hiking is that it's pretty hot (in the 90's) and it's a steep 1 1/2 mile climb. So it's pretty strenuous. Not as bad as the 8 mile hikes I do with my hiking buddies, but still gets me dehydrated. So don't give it up unless you have problems with it...

Liz, Glad you like the new 'do! And funny how those kinds of headaches can disappear when you kick the cause of the stress out the door! My headache finally went away on it's own. Just had to get enough fluids in my body...

B! So you decided to give me a chance to pass you by? We'll see tomorrow...

Monica, the headache is gone thank goodness. And it feels really good to be so close, but it's also a little nerve wracking. I just want it to be done, but I'm so immersed in it, I can't quite fathom how I will manage once I'm done! What a dilemma! LOL!

Biz, I had already put the link up when I saw your vlog. So yes we're watching and TiVo'ing it! I'm so psyched! I can't wait to see it... But I'm not nearly as hyper as you! Calm down girl! You are just going ballistic with excitement! LOL!

Hey Becca, thanks for the heads up. Hope this round gets you where you want to get to just hang in there!!! Regarding the walking, I plan to continue since I'm used to it now but the weather should be getting hotter here and that may make me change my mind, ha!!

Love ya, take care.

I will be watching the show on my DVR too. Isn't this exciting! Biz sure does looks like she's about to burst on her vlog.

As far as whether you're gonna keep going... or take a break. Those breaks can be a real challenge, but it might just give you a boost to help you to the finish line. I think if it were me, I'd take a 1 or 2 week break and get right back into it. HA... Not that it matters what I would do! You do you girlfriend... I'll be here cheering for you regardless.
